great comfort but not very intuitive layout

The warm cute from the staff complimented the spacious room and artisanal chocolate treats perfectly.

great and remarkable hotel located near to the pedestrian area next to the sea, and the " classy " restaurant. delicious and very very good breakfast, a good choice of food and beverages. luxury units with an excellent view.

The location is wonderful and lovely, appreciated to be near some leisure places, we've visited an oceanarium and a cinema.

The hotel was gorgeous and reasonably clean, had pleasant views of the sea. We had tidy room with tea/coffee making equipment, a seating area and a writing desk. There was walk-in showers too. Liked the location next to the airport. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

The staff at Crowne Plaza Florya were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. The room had some issues with cleanliness and noise from nearby planes, which occasionally interrupted my sleep. It was a solid choice for comfort and convenience.

This hotel is nice, offers great amenities like free wi-fi, an indoor pool, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff provided a top taxi tip that I still remember.

The indoor pool was wonderful, but the laundry prices were excessively high.

Perfect for family with kids

The staff at the hotel were friendly, especially the ones at breakfast who made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor area had direct access to the promenade and it was just amazing to relax there after a long day.

It wasn't the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short drive from major tourist spots in Istanbul. We loved the spacious family suite, which offered amazing views of the sea and was perfect for us and our kids. One of the highlights was the convenience of nearby attractions, especially the aquarium which was the main reason for our stay. The staff were kind.

Just a fine choice for a rapid stop in Istanbul with reasonable value. The staff were very friendly, especially Pinar at breakfast who remembered my room number. Don't forget your belongings, as I had a negative experience retrieving a lost item.

Decent Stay but Service Needs Improvement

The on-site restaurant served a really good breakfast with diverse options. The shuttle service from the airport was misleading and frustrating. I recommend confirming shuttle details before arrival!

Compared to my last visit to a different hotel in istanbul, this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of local dishes and fresh pastries.

room layout could be more spacious

The Premium Room was pretty comfy and spacious. The furniture felt modern and matched the pictures. Plus, I loved the sea view-it was relaxing. Only downside was that the room felt a bit standard compared to what I expected from a premium. The AC wasn't as cool as I hoped, a little annoying.
